This case was stricken from the Court's February 1, 2021, San Diego, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On October 11, 2022, the parties filed separate Status Reports, advising that they believe this case is susceptible to settlement, and requesting 90 days to file further status reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
