ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City. It arises from a notice of deficiency for the 2017 tax year that is apparently premised on a question of worker classification. We continued the case because the parties wanted to try to settle through lawyer-to-lawyer communication. They recently reported good progress, but have identified some additional issues that they need to discuss. It still makes sense to keep this case on a status-report track, and it is therefore

ORDERED that the parties file a joint status report on or before July 30, 2021 to describe their progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried
