Orders affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur. (The order entered July 6, 1942, denies defendant's motion for an order striking out plaintiff's reply and for judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint in an automobile negligence action. The order entered February 24, 1943, resettles the previous order.)
