Kelley v. Higgins Co.

Supreme Judicial Court of Maine. Hancock County
Jul 8, 1925
129 A. 774 (Me. 1925)

Opinion

Decided July 8, 1925.

H. L. Graham, for plaintiff. Lynam Rodick, for defendant.

General motion by plaintiff for a new trial. Under the well established rule of this court the motion must be overruled as the moving party has failed to show that the verdict is so clearly wrong that we should disturb it. Motion overruled.
