For the reasons set forth in respondent's oral motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, made September 11, 2023, and because petitioner has failed to respond to the Order to Show Cause, served September 13, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that respondent may proceed with collection as proposed in the notice of determination dated October 7, 2021, a copy of which is attached to petitioner's Response to Order Dated May 27, 2022, filed June 29, 2022.
