ORDER

Per Curiam

Joshua Keller appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion after he pled guilty, as a prior and persistent offender, to second-degree felony murder, driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender, and second-degree assault. Upon review of the record and the briefs, we find no error and affirm the judgment of the motion court. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
