This case is calendared for trial at the November 14, 2016, Tampa, Florida Trial Session of the Court. On October 12, 2016, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. On October 18, 2016, respondent filed a Notice of Objection to Motion for Continuance of Trial.

After due consideration and pursuant to an informal conference with the parties, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted, in that the trial of this case is continued until further direction by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a Pretrial Conference at the November 14, 2016, Tampa, Florida Trial Session of the Court for a time and date certain of 2:30 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016.
