For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session commencing on June 14, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before August 27, 2021, either submit settlement documents or file further status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this case. Any report filed shall specify the remaining issues in this matter. If the parties do not submit settlement documents, they shall also advise the Court when this case will be ready for trial as the Court may be inclined to calendar this case on an upcoming Fall 2021 trial calendar. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is hereby retained by the undersigned.
