ORDER

On October 2, 2013, appellant's motion to abate appeal was granted, and appellant was ordered to file a written advisory in this court regarding the status of the parties' settlement or a motion requesting an appropriate disposition of this appeal no later than November 1, 2013. On November 7, 2013, appellant filed a written advisory stating that the parties are progressing toward settlement. It is therefore ORDERED that the abatement period is extended, and appellant is ordered to file a written advisory in this court regarding the status of the parties' settlement or a motion requesting an appropriate disposition of this appeal within thirty days from the date of this order. See Caballero v. Heart of Texas Pizza, L.L.C., 70 S.W.3d 180, 180 (Tex. App.—San Antonio 2001, no pet.).
