ORDER

Pursuant to the determination of the Court, as set forth in T.C. Memo. 2024-81, filed August 28, 2024, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed February 14, 2024, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Remand, filed February 14, 2024, is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further proceedings consistent with the matters discussed in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at respondent's Office of Appeals located closest to petitioners' residence or at another mutually acceptable location, and at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than October 29, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 2, 2024, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
