Appeal, No. 91, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 11440 of 1968, in case of Jeanette P. Keim v. William W. Purtle, a/k/a Windell W. Purtle, individually and William W. Purtle, t/a Wayne Realty. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before REED, JR., J. Adjudication and decree nisi filed finding in favor of plaintiff and against defendant; exceptions thereto by defendant dismissed, and final decree entered. Defendant appealed.
