In an action by the female plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained as a result of the alleged negligence of the defendant in the operation of a motor vehicle and by her husband for expenses and loss of services, judgment for plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from order granting motion for reargument and adhering to original decision denying defendant's motion to dismiss during the course of the trial dismissed, without costs.
