ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On October 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. Upon review of the Certificate of Service attached thereto, the Court notes that the Status Report was not served on petitioner at the mailing address currently listed for him in the Court's records.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2022, respondent shall file an amended certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced Status Report. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to re-file the Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
