ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed April 30, 2021. A stipulation of settlement between Diana Keeton and respondent was also filed on that date. Taking into account the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause on James Alan Keeton at 2801 N. Rock Rd. Wichita, KS 67226 and attach to that copy a copy of respondent's motion and the stipulation of settlement referenced above. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 22, 2021, James Alan Keeton show cause in writing why (1) respondent's motion should not be granted; or (2) the settlement between Diana Keeton and respondent should not be given effect.
