ORDER AND DECISION

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

Pursuant to the Court's Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2023-35) issued in the above-docketed case on March 16, 2023, it is

ORDERED AND DECIDED that there are deficiencies in income tax in the amounts of $119,471.00 and $104,479.00 due from petitioners for the taxable years 2017 and 2018, respectively; and

There are accuracy-related penalties in the amount of $23,894.00 and $20,895.00 due from petitioners for the taxable years 2017 and 2018, respectively, under the provisions of I.R.C. § 6662(a).
