ORDER

By Order dated October 19, 2020, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition (see form attached) and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) is extended to July 23, 2021. If no Amended Petition and/or filing fee is received by the just-described due date, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. Petitioner is advised that the filing fee may be paid through Pay.gov, which accepts certain credit and debit cards. A form for the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is available on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov, by clicking on "eFiling & Case Maintenance", then clicking on "Case Related Forms".

The Court encourages all litigants to register for electronic access (eAccess) so that they may electronically file and view documents in their Tax Court cases. If you currently file in paper and/or receive paper service from the Court, you are encouraged to register for eAccess by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov.
