CHRISTY L. KEEN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served May 2, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. To date, the Court's filing fee remains unpaid for this case.

By Order served May 5, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a ratification of petition. To date, no such ratification has been filed.

However, on May 25, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner dated May 16, 2023. The letter indicates that petitioner no longer wishes to pursue this case.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the filing fee, file a ratification of petition, and prosecute this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

Petitioner is informed that, to the extent she has requested the Court to "remove" items from her credit report, the Court has no authority to do so, nor has petitioner directed the Court to any such authority.
