Having considered the appellant's response to this Court's show cause order of June 6, 2001, this Court hereby dismisses the appellant's appeal as moot in light of the appellant's resentencing, pursuant to Keel v. State, 767 So.2d 1247 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).
