July 24, 1986.


Order denying motion to alter or amend the judgment or for a new trial is affirmed. The judgment is to be modified to provide for interest from September 2, 1983, in an amount to be calculated by the clerk and, as so modified, the judgment is affirmed. In addition to the usual costs of appeal, plaintiff's counsel is to recover of the defendant, $1,500 in appellate attorney's fees.
