DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 3, 2020, and May 8, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant to strike the brief of the attorney for the children, to relieve the attorney for the children, and assign a new attorney for the children in connection with all appeals involving the parties pending in this Court and the above-entitled action pending in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
