This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem session beginning February 7, 2022. On December 8, 2021, petitioner filed a motion (Doc. 27) for summary judgment. So that the Court can rule on the motion in time to determine timely whether a trial is necessary, it is

ORDERED that, no later than January 4, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion for summary judgment. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than January 19, 2022, petitioner shall file a reply. 1
