Terence J. Keating & Janet D. Keating, et al., Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

L. Paige Marvel, Judge

These cases are calendared for a 2-week remote Special Trial Session for San Diego, California, that is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2021. On October 14, 2021, respondent filed a Motion in Limine to Exclude the Report of Robert J. Meyer (Index No. 98). Also on October 14, 2021, respondent filed a second Motion in Limine to Exclude the Report of Robert J. Meyer (Index No. 99) that is substantially identical to the one at Index No. 98. It appears that respondent's motion in limine at Index No. 98 has two title pages, and the Court will strike it from the record in these cases. The Court will also direct a response from petitioners to the motion in limine filed at Index No. 99. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that responent's Motion in Limine to Exclude the Report of Robert J. Meyer at Index No. 98 is stricken from the record in these cases. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 25, 2021, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion in Limine to Exclude the Report of Robert J. Meyer.
