ORDER

On January 19, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference call with the parties to discuss possible dates for a further trial in these cases. As discussed with the parties, the Court will schedule these cases for a virtual trial for four days beginning on March 14 through March 17, 2022.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for a virtual trial at the Special Session of the Court for four days beginning on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. (ET) (8:00 a.m. PT). San Diego, California shall be listed as the place of trial for this virtual Special Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced virtual proceeding.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
