By Order dated September 1, 2021, the Court directed petitioner file an amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case. Upon further review of the record, however, it appears that no amended petition is necessary and we will waive payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is no longer required to file an amended petition. It is further

ORDERED that the filing fee for this case is waived. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2021, respondent shall file an answer or move with respect to the petition.
