ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 2, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an order directing the Clerk of the Court to accept the record and brief for filing is denied, without costs.
