ORDER
¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener (Justice Johnson sat for Justice Madsen and Justice Owens sat for Justice Whitener), considered at its April 4, 2023, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is denied. The Deputy Clerk's motion to strike the Petitioner's reply to the answer to the petition for review is granted as to Part I of the reply. The Respondent's request for sanctions is denied.
