This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on May 1, 2023, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On February 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, along with a Declaration of Lee Gyomlai in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. In the motion, respondent states that he reached out to petitioner's counsel to learn petitioner's views on the granting of this motion, but was unable to reach him to discuss the matter. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court and serve on respondent a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the motion.
