In an action for a judgment declaring the rights of the parties under a lease, and for other relief, order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
