DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay of judgment and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a stay of judgment is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time is perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time, to perfect the appeal is extended to August 27, 2012. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
