Kaufman v. National City Bank of New York

Supreme Court of Florida, Division A
Jul 27, 1950
47 So. 2d 306 (Fla. 1950)

Opinion

July 7, 1950. Rehearing Denied July 27, 1950.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, L.L. Parks, J.

A.W. Brubaker and Edward I. Cutler, Tampa, for appellant.

Charles W. Bryan, Tampa, for appellee.

The appellant's first question, addressed to the order of the court holding his answer insufficient, seems to lack merit; and the second question, involving an order adjudging appellant guilty of contempt, is utterly without foundation because no appeal was ever taken from it.

Affirmed.

ADAMS, C.J., and TERRELL, THOMAS and ROBERTS, JJ., concur.
