An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 18, 2022, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve separate reply briefs responding to each set of defendants-respondents' respective respondents briefs and an adjournment of the perfected appeal to the next available Term of this Court, or, in the alternative, an order granting plaintiff-appellant leave to file an oversized omnibus reply brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming filed the two reply briefs annexed to the moving papers as Exhibits A and B; otherwise the motion is denied.
