This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On November 8, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7). Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Proposed Stipulated Decision references an incorrect tax year with respect to the section 6662(a) penalty.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
