Defendant-appellant having moved by two separate, essentially identical motions (M-1895 and M-2115), for a stay of the appointment of a referee and a receiver, and the sale of certain property, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 11, 2020, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied (M-1895 and M-2115).
