Appeal from Superior Court, Santa Barbara County; A.B. Bigler, Judge.

Action by J.F. Katenkamp and others against the Union Realty Company for damages for transfer of sand from ocean beach in front of plaintiffs’ property to adjoining land of defendant as result of defendant’s maintenance of two groins, consolidated with action by the same plaintiffs against the same defendant for mandatory injunction demanding removal of groins. From judgments for plaintiffs in both actions, defendant appeals.

Judgments affirmed.
