Ruth Kassover, as co-executor of the Estate of Nathan Kassover, and Philip Kassover, in his individual capacity, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. PVP-GCC HoldingCo II, LLC, et al., Defendants-Respondents.


Appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 25, 2013, and the judgment of said Court entered on or about March 11, 2014, And defendant-respondent Richard Sabella having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in support of defendants-respondents GCC Realty Company, LLC, the successor in interest to PVP-GCC HoldingCo II, LLC, and The Garden City Company, Inc., Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
