Claude KASSIM, Appellant, v. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Appellee.

Claude Kassim, Sunrise, pro se. Robert Edwards of Choice Legal Group, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

Claude Kassim, Sunrise, pro se.

Robert Edwards of Choice Legal Group, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his objection to the foreclosure sale and motion to vacate the sale of the property. Appellee confesses error, and does not oppose reversal of the order on appeal. After reviewing the record, we agree that the trial court erred, and reverse the order entered by the trial court and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.

TAYLOR, GERBER and CONNER, JJ., concur.
