Order reversed on argument, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, on the ground that it does not appear to have been granted for any cause stated in the Code of Civil Procedure or recognized in practice, and motion to change the place of trial denied, with costs. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Jenks, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
