ORDER


AND NOW, this 12th day of November, 2004, upon consideration of plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration (doc. no. 18) of the Court's Order of September 28, 2004, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that:

1. Plaintiff may proceed on her claims under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA).
2. To the extent plaintiff seeks to raise claims of a pattern and practice of harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation, the Motion is DENIED without prejudice.

To the extent plaintiff's PHRA claims are reasserted, defendant may interpose a statute of limitations defense upon the completion of discovery.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
