ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to strike is GRANTED, and appellant's brief filed on May 22, 2023 is STRICKEN. Within 21 days after the date of this order appellant shall file a corrected appellant's brief that does not refer to, or provide as attachments, exhibits 4, 16, 17, and 18 to the initially-filed appellant's brief because those items are not part of the lower court record. If the corrected appellant's brief is filed within 21 days after the date of this order it shall be docketed as timely filed.
Accordingly, both appellees' briefs filed on July 24, 2023 are also STRICKEN. The time for filing appellees' briefs in response to the corrected appellant's brief shall run under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) from service of the corrected appellant's brief.
