ORDERED that this case is set for hearing on respondent's Motion for Summary Judgement at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court, at a time and date certain of 1:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), on Wednesday October 19, 2022, to be conducted remotely and presided over by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
