This case is consolidated with the case of Karr et al. v. Gilbert et al., 276 So.2d 773 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1973), by us decided this day. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment rendered therein is affirmed, with all costs of the appeal to be paid by appellant.

Affirmed.
