An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2020, and said appeal having been perfected,

And the Goddard Riverside Law Project, Chhaya Community Development Corporation, Assembly Member Linda Rosenthal, Assembly Member Harvey Epstein, State Senator Elizabeth Kreuger, Council Member Justin Brannon, Council Member Benjamin Kallos, Assembly Member Deborah J. Glick, Assembly Member Richard Gottfried, and Assembly Member Yuh-Line Niou having moved for leave to file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion to file an amici curiae brief, under Case No. 2020-02497, is granted; and it is further ordered that the amici curiae brief, as annexed to the moving papers, shall be served upon all other parties to the action and, in addition, one original, five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy of the amici curiae brief shall be filed with this Court, with proof of service, within ten (10) days of the date of this order.
