An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about October 05, 2022, and said appeal having been perfected, And respondent-appellant having moved for an appellate calendar preference (Motion No. 2024-01222), And counsel for the child having cross-moved to adjourn the appeal (Motion No. 2024-01426), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that respondent-appellant's motion is denied (Motion No. 2024-01222), and

It is further ordered that the child's cross-motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeal to the September 2024 Term of this Court (Motion No. 2024-01426).
