ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

Because appellant had not filed a brief, we abated this case for a hearing. On February 15, 2018, the trial court's findings of fact were filed. We ADOPT the trial court's findings that (1) appellant desires to prosecute the appeal; (2) appellant is indigent and now desires to be represented by counsel; and (3) the trial court appointed Allan Fishburn to represent appellant.

We DIRECT the Clerk to list Allan Fishburn as appointed counsel of record and to send all future correspondence to Mr. Fishburn at 1910 Pacific Ave., Suite 18800, Dallas, Texas 75201.

We ORDER appellant's brief due March 30, 2018.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Tammy Kemp, Presiding Judge, 204th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
