ORDER

Appellant's brief was due September 11, 2017. When it was not filed, we notified appellant by postcard dated September 12, 2017 and directed him to file both his brief and a motion to extend time to file the brief within ten days. To date, no brief has been filed and we have had no communication with appellant.

We ORDER appellant to file his brief, within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. If appellant's brief is not timely filed, we will abate this case for a hearing to determine whether appellant has abandoned his appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to appellant, via certified mail, return receipt requested, at 4701 N. O'Connor Road, Apt #3005, Irving, TX 75062.
