ORDER

Appellant timely filed his pro se notice of appeal, and the clerk's record and reporter's record have been filed. On October 23, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge on guilt/innocence was filed. Still missing from the clerk's record is the trial court's charge on punishment and the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(d), 34.5(a)(4).

We ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing (1) the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal and (2) the trial court's charge on punishment.
