By notice dated June 9, 2022, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 11, 2022 New York, New York trial calendar. On August 29, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance. The Court will provide petitioner and intervenor an opportunity to file an objection, if any, to the aforementioned motion.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner and intervenor shall, on or before October 3, 2022, file an objection, if any, to the aforementioned motion. Any objection filed shall state with specificity the reason(s) for the objection. The parties are advised that if they do not respond to this Order, the Court may be inclined to grant the motion.
