This case was stricken from the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on February 1, 2022. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2022, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case, or submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents. The reports should advise the Court what actions the parties have taken to prepare this case for trial or other resolution and whether they believe this case is for trial or settlement.

The parties are advised that if they are unable to reach a basis of settlement by this deadline or demonstrate additional progress toward resolution of this case without trial, this case will be set for trial at an upcoming trial session of the Court.
