ORDER
CARY DOUGLAS, PUGH JUDGE
This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida trial session, to be conducted remotely. On June 15, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report advising that he had been unable to contact petitioner. By order dated June 21, 2021, we directed petitioner to file a report by July 19, 2021. On June 28, 2021, we received return mail of the Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order served on petitioner at his address of record on June 16, 2021. The envelope was marked "Return to Sender Attempted not Known-Unable to Forward".
On July 12, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report advising that he found another address for petitioner, and a second Status Report advising that petitioner sent respondent's counsel an email stating the petitioner was working with his accountant and would contact respondent.
On June 20, 2021, respondent filed a Motion in Limine. The Court has attempted to arrange a conference call with the parties, but has been unable to reach petitioner either by telephone or by email. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2021, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion in Limine, filed June 20, 2021. It is further
ORDERED that a conference call is scheduled with the parties on September 9, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. EDT. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner provide the Court with updated contact information on or before the date of the conference call. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to issue a Notice of Conference Call that will provide the parties with dial-in instructions for the above-referenced conference call. It is further
ORDERED that in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy on petitioner as the address listed in respondent's Status Report at docket entry #27.
