This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida trial session, to be conducted remotely. On June 15, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report at entry #22 and a corrected Status Report which provided a certificate of service at entry #23. Respondent's counsel advised the Court that he has been unable to contact petitioner. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 19, 2021, petitioner shall file a status report. The report should advise the Court what actions petitioner has taken to prepare this case for trial or other resolution and whether he believe this case is for trial or settlement. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Status Report at entry #22 is stricken from the record and made not viewable.
